This scenic loop from Victor, Idaho, takes you through Swan Valley, Heise Hot Springs, Yellowstone Bear World in Rexburg, Tetonia, and Driggs before returning to Victor. Start: Victor, Idaho

Victor to Swan Valley (26 miles, 35 minutes)

Leaving Victor, take ID-31 west toward Swan Valley, passing through Pine Creek Pass, where the winding road offers spectacular views of the lush green valley below. Springtime in Swan Valley is beautiful, with the South Fork of the Snake River flowing through the landscape, making it a prime spot for fly fishing and scenic photo opportunities.

Stop at Rainey Creek Country Store to try their famous square ice cream—a unique local treat. If you’re in the mood for a short walk, Fall Creek Falls is just a 10-minute drive from the store, offering a beautiful waterfall view just steps from the parking area.

Swan Valley to Heise Hot Springs (30 miles, 40 minutes)

Leaving Rexburg, take ID-33 west toward Tetonia, a small town known for its unobstructed views of the Grand Tetons. As you drive, you’ll see wide-open farmland, rolling hills, and towering mountain peaks in the distance.

Stop at Teton Basin Overlook for one of the best views of the Teton Range, especially during sunset. If you’re hungry, grab a bite at Badger Creek Café, a cozy local spot known for its bison burger and hearty sandwiches.

Tetonia to Driggs (10 miles, 15 minutes)

A short drive from Tetonia, Driggs is a vibrant small town with great shops, local breweries, and stunning mountain views.

For a quick outdoor adventure, check out Teton Creek Trail, a short, scenic walk along a bubbling creek with spectacular views of the Tetons.
