A trek into Teton Canyon is one of the most popular trails in the entire region offering stunning views of the Grand Teton Mountains. It’s a short drive from Teton Springs to reach this trail head and never disappoints. If rental gear is needed, stop at Peaked Sports in Driggs. It’s on the way to Teton Canyon and the experts at this shop will insure you have everything you need for that perfect day in this wonderous Yellowstone-Teton region.

Further up the road in Alta, Wyoming, Grand Targhee offers the area’s most extensive trails for both classic and downhill Nordic skiing. Skiers will find impeccable grooming on the trails and over 2,500 acres of lift served terrain is served for Nordic skiers seeking downhill alpine thrills. Targhee has a complete rental shop for all the gear one will need to enjoy their immense network of trails guaranteed to appeal to the beginner, intermediate or expert free-heel skier.
