Floating the Teton River should definitely be on the A list of things-to-do while visiting Teton Springs Resort. It’s an eye-popping scenic drive from Victor to Driggs, flanked by wide-open spaces and the Big Hole & Grand Teton Mountains. You’ll reach the Teton River, a Blue-Ribbon Tributary known internationally as a mecca for fly fishing, and now quickly gaining a reputation for relaxing & fun floating for locals and visitors alike with its diverse menu of water sports adventures.

Rent a paddleboard, kayak, canoe or tube at one of the sports centers in the valley for your floating device of choice and some helpful hints on maneuvering this waterway. If needed, there’s even shuttle service offered to the river and back to Driggs so it’s hassle free! Floating the Teton River in the height of summer is an optimum way to experience the grandeur of this magical environment. The Teton River winds through the flat valley floor offering unobstructed and spectacular views of the Teton Mountain Range, and with every twist and turn of the river you’re likely to spot sand hill cranes, bald eagles and the occasional moose out for an afternoon stroll.
